These terms govern your use of the Polfence platform — Zero Trust access, Secure Connect, Polfence Connect, Dynamic DNS and Authoritative DNS — provided by Polfence sp. z o.o., ul. Szafarnia 11/F8, 80-755 Gdańsk, Poland, KRS 0001250652, NIP 5833572533 (" Polfence", "we"). By creating an account you agree to them.
Polfence provides identity-aware network access, encrypted connectivity, remote desktop and managed DNS as a subscription service, hosted in the European Union. The exact features of each plan are described on our pricing page. We continuously improve the platform and may add, change or retire individual features; we will not materially reduce the core functionality of a paid plan during a period you have already paid for.
You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep your credentials — including hostname update tokens — confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts may be used by the person or organisation that registered them; resale of the service requires our written consent.

We may suspend hostnames or accounts that violate these rules. Where reasonable we will warn you first and give you the chance to fix the issue.
Paid plans are billed monthly in EUR, in advance, at the prices shown at checkout plus applicable VAT. Online payments are processed by Revolut; we never see or store your card details. Eligible companies may instead pay by invoice on net-14 terms. If a renewal invoice remains unpaid, we may downgrade the account to the Free plan after a reasonable grace period; your data and hostnames within Free-plan limits are preserved.
You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for; we do not refund partial months, except where consumer law gives you a mandatory right.
If you are an EU consumer you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By activating a paid plan you request that the service starts immediately; if you withdraw within 14 days we will refund the price minus a proportional amount for the days already supplied.
We operate the platform with commercially reasonable care and publish live availability at /status. Planned maintenance is announced there. The service is provided without a guaranteed service level unless your plan or a separate agreement states one. Support is provided by email at sales@polfence.com.
You keep all rights to the data you bring to Polfence — hostnames, the addresses they point to, and traffic through your networks. We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your hostnames and delete your account at any time; deletion removes your hostnames from DNS immediately.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for intent, gross negligence, or death or personal injury). Otherwise, our total liability for damages in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect damage such as lost profits or lost data, provided we acted with due care. Dynamic DNS depends on your equipment sending updates; you are responsible for configuring your clients correctly.
We may update these terms with at least 30 days' notice by email for material changes. If you do not accept a material change you may cancel before it takes effect and receive a pro-rata refund of any prepaid, unused period.
These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected, and you may sue or be sued in your home courts.
